About the wine
Maison Sauvion has always been distinguished in the wine-growing region of the Loire Valley by the special style of its wines. Tasting note
A pale yellow with green shimmer, wonderfully shiny. Expressive with floral notes, notes of exotic fruits and citrus fruits and a delicate herbal scent. Initially fresh, fruity and slightly vegetal, quite round on the palate with a good balance. A very pleasant and thirst-quenching wine.
Culinary recommendation
Alone or as an accompaniment to seafood platters, sushi or fish.
Vinification
The wine is made in our own winepress in Touraine. The grapes are carefully selected according to plots and pressed directly. The must is carefully tapped and then fermented at a particularly low temperature (14ºC).
