Tasting note
Almost black, monochrome, with lively, fruity aromas of herbal scents. Typical aromas such as plums, canned fruit, herbs and night flowers, followed by sweet barrel notes. The mouth is thick and full, with green, lively elements on the palate and velvety tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with roasted vegetables, fish, seafood, white meat, soft cheese, sweet foods and fruits.
