About the wine
Picturesque and sunny landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Franco M. Martinetti conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Nebbiolo can be served very well with burrata or pizza.

Tasting note
Ripe velvet red. Rich and nobly fragrant on the nose. Dark berry fruit, warm spices, some dried fruit and elegant toasted notes. Compact and complex on the palate. With polished tannins and delicate acidity. Aromas of noble wood, dried fruits and ripe, dark fruits. Long, aromatic finish. Perfect to enjoy now.
Culinary recommendation
This wine doesn't need food! Just enjoy it in a bulbous Burgundy glass.
Vinification
After harvesting, the Nebbiolo grapes are carefully crushed, fermented on the skins and the young wine is then aged for two years in medium-sized wooden barrels and barriques. Another year of bottle storage refines the wine.
