Marziacanale Taurasi DOCG 2015 - Vinosia

About the wine

The Taurasi DOCG “Marziacanale” from Vinosìa is produced on the volcanic soils of Campi Taurasini, from 1% Aglianico grapes. After vinification in stainless steel tanks, the wine matures in oak for 18 months and then refines in the bottle for at least 2 years.

Tasting note
It is an intense and structured red wine from Campania, with a round, fruity and spicy taste, with pleasant aromas of red fruits, cocoa, cinnamon, black pepper and licorice.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for red wine is a slightly chilled temperature of 16°-18°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Marziacanale Taurasi DOCG, wooden box goes perfectly with leek vegetables, beef tartare and fried potatoes.
