Deep dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate brightening of the edges. Black berry jam underlaid with delicate herbal spices, a hint of nougat and orange zest. Medium-bodied, red-berry fruit, fine tannins, freshly structured. Drinking, accessible style.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat with strong sauces, grilled meats and wild fowl, risotto and pasta, as well as hard and soft cheeses.
Vinification
Aged for 30 months in 500 L oak barrels.
