"Monteverro is one of the most exciting young properties I have come across" writes Robert Parker. We can only agree! A perfectly mineral soil of rock and red clay, an always fresh wind, relatively cool nights and warm, sunny days create a perfect environment for the ripening of the grapes. With his young team, Georg Weber produces unique and authentic wines that delight both wine lovers and experts!

Tasting note
Deep dark red color. On the nose, nice dense aromas with hints of black currant, blueberry, cedarwood, cinnamon, olive, black truffle and cocoa powder. On the palate, the Monteverro shows dense initial notes, which develop on a structured and concentrated palette of dark fruits; plus a nice acidity of blackberries and cherry stones.
Culinary recommendation
Goes perfectly with pizza with mushrooms, Gruyère burgers and ribeye steak.
