About the wine
You can describe nature in Catalonia with words like sparse. However, the Spanish winery L'Olivera is trying to express the beauty of its home country with this red wine. We think he succeeded! Give yourself a treat for the senses with the first-class Naltres from 2016!
Tasting note
Deep dark red, very complex nose, complex aromas of dark berries, spices, leather, wood, pepper, requires air and changes well in the air, ideally to decant, if possible one hour before consumption

Vinification
Very careful harvesting in small baskets, careful selection of the healthiest grapes, maceration on the skin for 48 hours, slow fermentation with pure yeast in a surge process, aged in old wood for 12 months
