Neromora Irpinia Aglianico DOC 2019 - Vinosia

About the wine

The “Neromora” is made from Aglianico grapes from Irpinia in the Taurasi DOCG region. The harvest takes place in the first ten days of November. The vinification is carried out with a mash fermentation of around 12 days, the fermentation is carried out partly with local yeast strains, the malolactic fermentation is carried out entirely in French oak. Aging for 8 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting note
Bright red with purple reflections. On the nose, there are notes of spicy red fruit and a touch of vanilla. It is soft on the palate, with well-smoothed tannins and good structure.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with spicy dishes with legumes and pork.
