Tasting note
Light yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, seductive notes of nectarine, nuts such as almond and hazelnut. Intensely fruity palate, with notes of grilled apricot, peach and grapefruit. The blended minerality and creaminess invigorate the wine for a long time on the finish.
Vinification
Martinborough's maritime climate, combined with careful winegrowing, produces intense aromas. The wine matured on lees in French wooden barrels for 9 months. Stirring the yeast regularly results in a gently creamy texture.
