A classic pouilly fumé from the banks of the Loire. Baron Patrick de Ladoucette is a specialist in classic pouilly fumé and sancerre. His wines will always be a clear expression of grape variety and terroir and will not be adulterated when used in barriques. The wine is pale yellow with greenish reflections. Delicately fruity nose with typical, fine gooseberry aromas, paired with the mineral note of the terroir. Pleasantly harmonious on the palate with fresh, crisp acidity and a long aftertaste.
