Tasting note
Bright, strong ruby red, fruity nose with notes of cherry, raspberry and strawberry, delicate violet notes paired with spicy elements. Heart-refreshing and crunchy fruity, fresh berry notes and fine bitter almond aromas, subtle fine-grained tannin structure, soft on the palate and rich in finesse on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
An extremely versatile accompaniment, which not only goes well with the traditional South Tyrolean marende, but also goes perfectly with Italian classics such as spaghetti all'amatriciana or pizza margherita. It is also a great wine combined with white meat and grilled fish and vegetables. Enjoy it chilled.
