Tasting note
Intense ruby red, the fruity notes of plums, blueberries and amarena are convincing on the nose. In the taste, notes of spices and tobacco.
Culinary recommendation
Very suitable as an accompaniment to medium-heavy dishes such as pasta with sauces, risotti, white meat.
Vinification
Handpicked in the last decade of September. Vinification at a controlled temperature for at least 10 days. Aging in chrome steel tanks and in bottles.
