Tasting note
Rich ruby red color. Fragrance of ripe red fruit such as plum, small wild berry and eucalyptus leaf with spicy slightly toasted aromas and balsamic notes. Beautiful and rich structure. With lots of nice tannins that ensure good ripening and further development
Culinary recommendation
Roasts made from red meat, hard cheese and semi-soft cheese, fresh sausages, pasta.
Vinification
Stainless steel tanks. Part of it matured in barriques.
