Picturesque and blooming landscapes in South Tyrol give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Kellerei St-Michael conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
The playful scent spectrum of passion fruit, peach and almond shows a complex aroma structure and lots of finesse. The dominant notes of lemon, lime and apple shape their individual texture. With a slim body and dominant acidity, this fruity white wine presents its impeccable quality. This top wine was awarded with: Gambero Rosso: 2/3, Robert Parker: 92/100.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, crustaceans, lobster, porcini ravioli, risotto, poultry such as fried chicken and veal such as Wiener schnitzel.
Vinification
Fermentation and aging on fine yeast for 12 months in barriques, aging for 8 months in stainless steel tanks.
