The winemaker from the Italian winery Umberto Cesari masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the blooming and fertile landscape of Emilia-Romagna. Do you already know the outstanding red wine Sangiovese di Romagna DOC Riserva with the 2012 vintage? If not, it's time! The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this Sangiovese with lamb or beef.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red color. Intensely reminiscent of violets. Dry rounded off richly slightly tart. Traditional and balanced red wine
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meats, especially roasts, game and mature cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano.
Vinification
Vinification at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, then storage for 24 months in Italian and Slovenian oak barrels. Before being sold, the wine is aged in the bottle for approximately six months.
