The “beginner” by Flavien. A cuvée of 60% Meunier and 40% Chardonnay, composed with 60% of the 2018 vintage as a base, with the rest from reserve wines from 2012-2017. Mineral-fresh nose with aromas of lemon zest, apricot (kernels) and red forest berries, backed with notes of chalk powder and some almond flour. Fruity on the palate, with a wonderfully fresh start, crunchy citrus notes and in turn a subtle, finely creamy almond touch that gives a nice texture.
