Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red color, rich in purple nuances. The bouquet is characterized by intense and enveloping notes of maraska cherry, plum and berries. The palate is expressed in a soft and balanced taste, with hints of red fruits, balanced spices and sweet tannins, which accompany a long and pleasant aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sauces or fish soups, lamb, braised red meat and aged cheese, especially pecorino.
