About the wine
This Serese Benaco Bresciano IGT crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Beautiful and blooming landscapes of Lombardy give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cascina Belmonte conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Riesling with Asian food or shrimps.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers, freshwater fish such as pike and whitefish, saltwater fish sardines, fresh cheese, eggs, salt
Vinification
Serése', is made from a successful blend of 75% Rhein-Riesling and the remaining 25% from Incrocio Manzoni (Rhein-Riesling x Pinot Bianco). It is fresh, floral with a splash of minerality. Incredibly balanced and extremely tasty. It is difficult not to drink the bottle completely empty. PS: It only has 12% alcohol and goes well with freshwater fish (see recipe for the month) and fresh cheese or simply as an aperitif. It is certified as organic and vegan wine, and the grapes are washed before pressing. Dry extract 21 g/l, acidity 6.5 g/l.
