Sunny and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Franco M. Martinetti conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
Ruby with purple reflections. The nose is complex, dense and spicy. With aromas of black currants, blackberries, ripe cherries, balsamic and spicy components. Full-bodied and dense on the palate. Present but velvety tannins, clever acidity and juicy structure. Balanced finish with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Comes wonderfully with ravioli con carne or a veal chop.
