About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Beni di Batasiolo has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the hallmarks of this white wine, which originates in the sunny and fertile landscape of Piedmont. Tasting note
Bright, bright straw yellow. The nose is fresh, aromatic and vibrant. Aromas of ripe citrus, pineapple, papaya, some honeydew melon. Floral notes pair with each other. As expected, aromatic and cheeky on the palate. Juicy texture. Medium length in the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with melon with raw ham and grilled fish and scampi.
Vinification
At the winery, the grapes are destemmed, macerated for a short time and then pressed. The grape must is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The result is a flavorful, fresh white wine.
