About the wine
The winemaker from the Australian winery Bird In Hand masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the sunny and enchanting landscape of South Australia. You will certainly have a lot of fun with the first-class Two in the Bush Shiraz, which was produced in 2016.

Tasting note
The wine shows aromas of concentrated, ripe fruits such as blackberries and plums, rounded off by black pepper and vanilla pods. This Shiraz comes in the classic Barossa style, but is also characterized by fine tannins and a fresh structure that is a lot of drinking fun.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at slightly chilled 10°-12°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: medium shelf life (5-8 years and longer).
Vinification
The grapes come from selected plots in the Adelaide Hills. The berries are harvested during the morning hours, then destemmed and fermented in open fermentation vats. The wine is left on the skins for 12 days, then drawn off and aged in French barriques (10% virgin wood).
