Tasting note
A reflection of restraint with subtle chalkiness and minerality on the nose. A swirl of the glass elicits a fragrant aroma of blackcurrant with light lime, green apple and seaweed. The palate is restrained and balanced, with a beautifully concentrated, dry structure and balanced, lime-like acidity. The finish is dry, with a tempting saltiness.
