About the wine
Spoil your family and friends at Christmas dinner with this dominant white wine 2018 — Verdejo Liàs Edicion Limitada DO. Picturesque and beautiful landscapes of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon) give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Ramon Bilbao conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this verdejo with vegetable rice or fish dishes.

Tasting note
Golden yellow with light green reflections. Notes of stone fruit, white flowers, green tea and almond notes on the nose, followed by aromas of pear, honeydew melon, lime zest and burnt cream on the palate. Full-bodied, creamy with well-balanced acidity and a long finish. After fermentation, this Verdejo was transferred to barrels with the yeasts and matured in barriques for 8 months.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes well with smoked salmon, quiche, paella, grilled fish and chicken, as well as with currtry.Drinking temperature between 11°C and 13°C.
