About the wine
Sunny landscapes in Estremadura give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Casa Santos conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this dominant Trincadeira 2017 — 4 Uvas! The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this Trincadeira with grilled meats or aged cheese.
Tasting note
Intense aroma of black and red fruits with notes of chocolate and oak. In the mouth, it is structured with soft tannins and good acidity. Persistent aftertaste.

Vinification
Fermentation in 26,500 liter tanks with self-programmed assembly and temperature control systems between 28° C and 30° C. Maceration in contact with the underwater cover for 28 days. Partial maturation in 250 liter French and Portuguese barrique barrels.
