Vinification
Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures. 15-day alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control up to 28°C. Malolactic fermentation and aging took place in 50% new American oak barrels and 50% new French oak barrels for 13 months.
