About the wine
This Pinot Noir draws its strength and energy from the slate, loamy soils in Burgundy. The winemaker from the French winery Moillard-Grivot transforms it into a real treat with great sensitivity. If you're looking for something special, then you can't miss out on this dominant Pinot Noir 2014 — Aloxe-Corton ac M.-Grivot M.O.. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Pinot Noir is excellent to serve with red meat or duck.
Tasting note
Color: Shiny, bright cherry red with fine purple reflections. Aromatics: Still closed in the bouquet, floral nuances, nice, peppery spice, vegetable note, warm, compote aroma. Body: Smooth on the first drink, subtly spicy-blackberry in the middle section, well-integrated acidity, noticeable tannin, roasted on the finish. Quality: Typical of the variety, elegant, patience is rewarded.
