About the wine
With experience and instinct, the winemaker from the Italian winery Agricola Zeni masters this red wine in the blooming and fertile landscape of Veneto. Tasting note
Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Fine, pleasant and delicate aromas with notes of bitter almonds. Dry, powerful and juicy in taste with a pleasant body. Long lasting aftertaste.

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Goes well with roasts, hearty meat dishes and recent types of cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, in wooden boxes, with the selection of the ripe grapes. These are dried for 2 to 4 months and then traditionally fermented on the mash for 3 to 4 weeks. It is aged in oak barrels for 3 to 4 years.
