About the wine
We have a special, strong Corvina from 2012 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Enchanting and blooming landscapes in Veneto give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Giacomo Montresor conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Corvina with roasts or recent cheeses.

Tasting note
On the nose, scents reminiscent of jam (apricots) and dried fruits. Soft, persistent start, good structure, full-bodied with an aftertaste of raspberries and undergrowth. A distinctive and rich red wine.
Culinary recommendation
Spicy food, game meat, spicy cheese and pasta
Vinification
Conventional for red wines with slow fermentation in oak barrels. The fermentation of the must takes more than a year until the wine is no longer sweet but dry.
