Tasting note
Edizione Rossa is a selection of the best barriques, after around one year of storage. During winemaking, the mash is extracted from the juice of around 30% in order to create a more extreme ratio between peel and must. The scent is reminiscent of wild fruits, ripe berries and dried plums, slightly spicy supported by wood. Dense on the palate, with good richness and elegance. Complex and balanced.
