Tasting note
Wonderful golden yellow color. Intense aroma of apricots, pears, honey, ripe fruits and nuts. Remarkable play between sweetness and acidity with a great balance. Very concentrated, juicy with a slight mineral touch. Long lasting, well-balanced finale.
Vinification
The grapes from Arneis Passito come from the old plot “Bric du Liun” and are harvested with a slight overripeness. The grapes then dry in small wooden boxes in the fresh air for about 2 months before pressing takes place and the highly concentrated must is fermented in barriques.
