About the wine
The winemaker from the Domaine Glinavos winery grows this wine in the countryside. With the special Aspra Homata from 2020, you will positively surprise your guests.
Tasting note
The wine is pearlescent with a greenish shade. Has the aromas of fresh peach, pineapple, mango, honeydew melon and citrus with notes of vanilla tea. The taste is rich and full with balanced acidity and more intense aromas on the tongue. Long finish with hints of vanilla tea.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, seafood, red and white meat, game, poultry, soft and hard cheeses, appetizers and pasta.
Vinification
The two grape varieties, with a low yield of 700 kg per 1000 m², are carefully harvested and vinified at the same time at a controlled fermentation temperature between 16°-18° C.
