About the wine
The wine-growing areas of the Greek winery Gaia Wines extend across the landscapes of the Peloponnese, where the experienced winemaker produces this white wine. You will definitely enjoy the fine Assyrtiko Wild Ferment, which was produced in 2020.

Tasting note
The citrus aromas of the Assyrtiko grapes combined with the floral aromas of acacia wood and the vanilla of the oak result in a wine with a highly complex aromatic profile. Minerality and well-balanced acidity give it depth and longevity.
