About the wine
With the dominant Shiraz 2014 — Barahonda Organic Barrica, you can offer your guests something very special. The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Senorio Barahonda has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the graceful landscape in Levante. Flaschenpost team promises a dining experience when you serve this Shiraz with roasted vegetables or game.
Bio
Tasting note
Impenetrable purple. On the nose, aromas of black cherries and blackberries, black pepper, graphite and dried meat. Wonderfully juicy on the palate, with ripe black fruits and lots of warm spice. An organic wine of the highest quality, and a great accompaniment to food!
Culinary recommendation
Pairs well with paella, legumes and light dishes.
Vinification
Vinified in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 6 months in French wood (500 liters).
