With fervent enthusiasm and passion, she makes top-quality wine specialities that express the region, the climate and the excellent soils. The Barbazzale Bianco comes from the local Catarratto grape, married to Viognier. The wine aged on yeast (and without contact with wood) shines with freshness and floral notes, which makes it ideal for antipasti, starters, and especially classics such as spaghetti with vongole or seafood.
