Barbera d'Alba Serra DOP 2022 - Paitin

About the wine

Paitin - just like the wines from there, so do the people. They're kind spirits, and they can't help themselves. It is the language they speak. You can see it in the gestures, the pictures, their words, how they walk through the vineyards, how they choose the grapes, the barrels. That's the way they are. And that's been the case for 8 generations. And anyone who lives this way, who thinks like that, cannot help but be in harmony with their environment after this time. Maximum attention, minimal influence. Organic farming (also certified) - and by the neighbors, by the way - goes without saying, as is careful restraint in the cellar. And what the wines show is not just terroir, they show a sensitive, differentiated personality. These wines have a soul. Atmospheric, elegant and accessible Nebbiolo. Big

Tasting note
Natural born beauty - as pure, as fresh, as natural, as beautiful as a wild berry in a scrub, fragrant warm soil. On the palate of such natural freshness and harmony, everything comes together, dissolves into one another, this fresh, clear red fruit, the herbal tones, that is effortlessly self-evident, so carefree, so fresh, so elegant. Wonderful, this magical, natural beauty.
