About the wine
The philosophy of Giovanni Corino is based on the following basic principles: great attention to work in the vineyard in order to preserve the characteristics of the terroir while respecting nature. For this reason, products based on copper and sulfur are mainly used, without the use of pesticides. The sulfite content in the bottles is at least 50% less than what Italian law allows. During vinification, Corino tries to find the right balance between modernity and tradition.

Nose: Aromas of cherries, plums and plums with some earthy notes, pepper and vanilla. Round structure, soft finish
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat dishes, vegetable gratin, risotto, pasta, pizza and lasagna
Vinification
5-7 days of maceration at a temperature of 25 to 30° C, after which it is transferred to steel tanks, where it remains until the end of sugar fermentation and malolactic fermentation. It is then decanted and stored for 8-10 months, also in steel, before being bottled and brought to market.
