About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of Burgenland give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Austrian winery Esterhazy conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. This snappy Riesling 2015 — Beerenauslese Burgenland Prädikatswein crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Tasting note
Brilliant gold, shimmering reflections. Delicate sweetness in the scent with hints of blossom honey and raisins, white stone fruits, nice spiciness of saffron. Very long, creamy start, dense aroma on the palate, present sweetness with a playful acidity. Sweet, golden nectar.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with foie gras, blue cheese, desserts such as a tart tart and crispy pastries.
