Tasting note
Deep dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate brightening of the edges. Sweet hints of wood, underlaid with inviting dark wild berry jam, some licorice, candied orange zest, multi-faceted bouquet. Substantial, complex, chocolaty texture, well-integrated, present tannins, spicy finish, sticks very well, has development potential.

Goes well with grilled meats and wild fowl, mildly seasoned meats, risotto and pasta as well as mild hard and soft cheeses.
