About the wine
The wine-growing regions of the South African winery Graham Beck stretch across the landscapes where the experienced winemaker produces this sparkling wine. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this dominant sparkling wine — Bliss Nectar MCC Demi Sec Rosé. Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience if you serve this sparkling wine with oysters or fish dishes.

Tasting note
For those who don't like it dry, Graham Beck Bliss Nectar Rosé is a fine alternative. Beautiful silver pink, with strong aromas, hints of raspberries and strawberries, a hint of honey-like praliné. This delicious MCC will stimulate your sweeter senses.
Culinary recommendation
Suitable as an aperitif or with seafood. To be kept for a maximum of three years after bottling.
Vinification
A selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from our Robertson Estate winery and selected plots from other geographical areas of the Western Cape, which ensures the continuity of this particular style of Cap Classique. Pressing the entire bunches of grapes ensures fractional recovery. After the juice has settled, both grape varieties are fermented separately. Both still wines are then blended and, if necessary, bottled together with reserve wine. The MCC was stored on the lees for 12 months and was then disgorged with a special selection of liqueur d` expedition.
