Tasting note
Aromas of spiced apple and caramel. The taste of baked apple and peach is slightly buttery, pure and consistent with a firm, balanced finish.
Culinary recommendation
We recommend Chardonnay with fresh cheese, light food, vegetables and seafood.
Vinification
Fermentation with local yeasts in concrete tanks. 90% of the wine ripens in concrete and the remaining 10% in 500-liter French oak barrels. No malolactic fermentation
