Brut Blanc de Blancs - Obrist

Tasting note
Elegant pale yellow with silver shimmer. Its fine, persistent perlage accentuates the elegance of his personality. Complex bouquet with citrus fruit aromas, primarily lemon and mandarin, combined with fine rose petal perfumes. Nice freshness and vivacity, a sparkling, cheerful wine.
Culinary recommendation
Festive wine, aperitif wine par excellence, smoked fish, shrimp amuse bouches, fresh asparagus, mussels, lobster soup, scallop skewers, grilled sea bass, duck with olive sauce, soft cheese: e.g. brie, camembert, flambéed pineapple, apricot charlotte.
Vinification
This sparkling wine is refined in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The base wine is finally combined from various storage tanks to form the final blend.
