Bàcco = wine of God. This Cagnulari comes from the best growing zone in Sardinia for this grape variety and has been planted here since ancient times. With its fascinating scent of sour cherries, the wonderful ruby red color and its full, velvety taste, the Bàcco offers special culinary delights, especially for wine drinkers who are looking for an exquisite, unique wine. Vinification: Manual harvest in small boxes. After destemming the grapes, maceration for several days to extract the full aroma potential from the skins.
