The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Carmelo Rodero has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the hallmarks of this red wine, which originates in the graceful and picturesque landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience if you offer this Tempranillo with polenta or barbecue.

Tasting note
Attractive bright cherry color Intense floral aromas harmoniously combined with wild red fruits together with a touch of milk and vanilla. Round, elegant and large mouthfeel with a persistent finish. Perfect to enjoy or lie down anytime.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb, aged cheese, grilled meats
Vinification
Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20-22°C. Aged in French oak for 9 months, followed by a minimum bottle aging of 3 months before the wine is released.
