About the wine
With the delicious Cartuxa Branco DOC, which was produced in 2015, you will definitely have a lot of fun. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Adega da Cartuxa masters this white wine in the sunny and picturesque landscape of the Alentejo.

Tasting note
The beautiful, clear bouquet is dominated by a fresh lime scent, but softened by the subtle aromas of ripe melons, light honey and delicately spicy citrus peel. The body's stimulus lies in the balance between sweet and sour, as opposed to acid and delicate honey. It's fascinating.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian cuisine, poultry, soft cheese and veal.
Vinification
The grapes are completely destemmed and gently pressed. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C. It is aged for nine months with bâtonnage.
