Tasting note
Dense, intense ruby red. Elegant on the nose with aromas of ripe dark berries and spices. Strong body and firm tannins, aromas of ripe berries, spices and wood. Elegant and well-balanced. Long-lasting aftertaste
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled red meat.
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation in steel tanks. Subsequent aging in wooden barrels of 225 liters and 500 liters. After bottling, at least 4 months of bottle aging.
