Tasting note
Intense red, the nose shows floral and berry notes. On the palate, soft, slightly bitter, with good body, warm and enveloping. Tannic, with a harmonious and balanced finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with cold cuts, first courses with meat sauces, beef and lamb.
Vinification
Fermentation with maceration of the skins in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
