“Lime and pineapple, freshly cut lemon thyme, a slightly salty sea breeze flows out of the glass, a touch of basil, light mocha beans and the finest wood spice; gripping on the palate, chalky minerals, juicy and defined, fresh fruit and delicate smoky wood in harmonious symbiosis, enormously complex middle with spicy acid bed, fine-grained burgundy with long slightly salt-fruity finish.”
