About the wine
With the dominant white wine — Chasselas non-filtré Neuchâtel AOC, nuances and accents are redefined. The winemaker from the Swiss winery Domaine Grisoni has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and refinement are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile countryside of Neuchâtel. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you serve this chasselas with fish or an aperitif.
Tasting note
Colour: pale yellow gold, fine grey veil, suspended particles, unfiltered. Aroma: Intense floral aromas typical of the variety, freshly fruity, balsamic nuances of honey, dense yellow stone fruit, pure laude. Body: A long, soft start is followed by moderate acidity, dense palate aromas, fine minerality with an exciting slightly bitter aftertaste. Quality: Wine with a very long aromatic persistence and wonderful light-footedness - regional and exciting.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with aperitif, light yeast pastries, freshwater fish fried in butter and veal medallion on pea puree.
