About the wine
Do you already know the provocative Sauvignon Blanc Chateau Montlau blanc Entre-Deux-Mers AC with the 2017 vintage? If not, it's time! The winemaker from the French winery Château Montlau greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside of Bordeaux. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Sauvignon Blanc is ideal to be served with goat cheese or fish.
Tasting note
Light straw yellow with slight green reflections. A classic, fine, elegant with a fresh, fruity, aromatic bouquet of lemons and pears. Crunchy, lively and delicate on the palate.
