About the wine
Sunny landscapes of Languedoc-Roussillon give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Jean-Claude Mas conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Shiraz with roasted vegetables or barbecue.

Tasting note
Rich ruby red. Complex bouquet with ripe fruit, wood and spicy notes. Full-bodied without weighing down with ripe aromas of dried plums and black cherries. Smooth and harmonious, with a long, invigorating finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dried meat, grilled or gratinated vegetables, roulades, sauces, gratins, salmon in batter, pasta with nut/cream sauce, cordon bleu and a nice selection of cheeses.
Vinification
Jean-Claude Ma's goal was easy. He wanted to make a wine from the best crus in Languedoc that would go perfectly with the creative cuisine of his restaurant. Mas created much more than just a house wine. His Côté Mas line captivates with its straightforwardness, terroir expression, charm and ensures unadulterated enjoyment.
